Andrew arrived right on time to repair and remove some grout in my tiled shower and do some caulking. I asked him for some tips on caulking in a different bathroom and he offered to finish that job for me free of charge, even though that wasn't what he came for. He ended up doing a beautiful job in both my bathrooms and insisted on charging me less than what he originally quoted me, even though he did more work (and saved me a ton of time trying to remove and recaulk on my own)!
The caulking looks awesome. Andrew was super friendly, diligently took off his shoes each time he entered the house, put up with my barking dog, and gave me lots of great tips about how to maintain my bathrooms. I also texted him some questions and he was so responsive and helpful. Will definitely use Andrew again for future grout and caulk jobs.
